Hi, my name is Elise Loh and I am the Director creator and Founder of CCE Business Hub Pte.Ltd.

Since 1994, I started off a small business CCE Business Services providing virtual office address, telephone answering services, bookkeeping services, typing services, administrative support, etc. Along the way, I added on general insurance support as a value added service to my existing clientele and even to the extend of helping them to rent office premises if needed.
With limited resources, I need to oversee the areas from Human resource to Finance, from Operations to Marketing and there are so many things to accomplish within a day. And staff training is also a challenging issue that drains a lot of my energy, not talking about the turnover rate. Most important of all, the investment is not paid off.
Eventually, I engaged an assistant to specifically do the telemarketing task for me which ranges from fixing my appointments to follow up calls to find out my client’s changing needs.
As time pass, I find that I am having more time to free myself off the nitty-gritty tasks and headaches, and the benefits are tremendous. My sales and productivity starts to improve!
As most of my clients are SMEs (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises), I realized that perhaps they are also facing some of the challenges that I have faced before.
I have always wanted to see my company playing as a partner role to help them to grow their business in one way or another. With this thought in mind, I approached a couple of them to test drive it. I began to help them to conduct reminder calls to their clients on attending some workshops.
Soon, more and more clients approached me because of the lack of manpower to secure appointments as their staff do not have the headspace and expertise to do so. Others advertise in the newspapers but the response were either nil or lukewarm. Hence, they would want us to help to service their existing clientele instead.
With these demand and requests, an extension was formed and CCE Business Hub Pte Ltd was borned on 17 July 2009.
